Costa Wins “Ronald Reagan” Job Creator Award

Georgia Labor Commissioner hopeful Will Costa, L-GA, is honored as a Job Creator by the State of Georgia Tea Party, LLC for his strong stand on reducing rules and regulations on business that kills productivity and profitability. The award is given to members and prospective members of State and Federal office that commit themselves to reducing the overall cost of doing business in the State of Georgia.

“I am very proud to receive this honor from the State of Georgia Tea Party, LLC, because I fully support reduced impediments to profitability and job creation. Profitability is a key ingredient to incentivize entrepreneurs to put at risk valuable investment capital to create jobs. Businesses in Georgia are being strangled by excessive government abuse from the Federal government.” Costa said. “The only way to create jobs is to invest private capital, savings, into productive areas providing goods or services. Rules and regulations erode profitability and any incentive to invest that capital.” Costa said.

Since May 2010, the State of Georgia Tea Party, LLC, a grass roots Tea Party services organization, has worked to give voice to constitutional and fiscal conservatives living with the inspiration of the Founding Fathers. The organization has led a statewide movement to help elect constitutional and fiscally responsible Conservatives. “The Tea Party folks get it, Control must come from the bottom up... not top down! Individuals at the local level are the people who create the jobs, Washington needs to stop micro managing Georgia’s economy. Without the potential for a profit there is no incentive to invest hard earned capital. Without real capital investment of real dollars there is NO job creation.” Costa said.

Costa is committed to trying to reduce and curb rules and regulations that destroy job growth. Costa also understands that lower capital gains and income tax rates also provide incentive for job creation. “For every dollar that leaves Georgia and goes to Washington there is that much less capital that can be used for Job Creation. For every printed dollar that comes to Georgia in the form of a Federal Grant inflation increases and the positive effects of real capital investments are diminished" Costa added.

The State of Georgia Tea Party, LLC is proud to award Will Costa our Ronald Reagan Job Creation Award on behalf of the citizens of the great State of Georgia.

Tea Party Groups Urge Georgians to Support Zero Based Budget Act

FreedomWorks and Georgia Tea Party Patriots strongly support Senate Bill 1, the Zero Based Budget Act, introduced by Senator David Shafer of Duluth. Senate Bill 1 passed both Houses by huge margins. This legislation will force the entire state budget to be periodically re-justified, giving lawmakers additional tools identify and eliminate wasteful spending. Please call Governor Sonny Perdue's office and urge that he sign the bill before midnight on Tuesday.

A Resolution from the Rome/Floyd GA Tea Party

At Round l of the Action Team Caucus on May 20, 2010 over one hundred members of the Rome/Floyd GA TEA Party 2010 expressed their support and approval of “A Resolution” expressing concern for the “unconstitutional manipulations” by the President and House and Senate Speakers, called for a “day of Fasting, Humiliation, and Prayer” on the first of each month, June through November, calling for the President and members of Congress “with wisdom to read, listen to, and be controlled by the ratified, objective rule of law of the United States Constitution.”

This Resolution reflects the will of most of the people of the tea party movement in Rome and Floyd County and is being distributed to political leaders in local, state, and federal government; to tea party movements throughout the nation, and to various media, local and national.

Randy Smith, a TEA Party 2010 leader, said, “ Tea party folks are substantially concerned about the essential problem our nation faces, violations and manipulations of the Constitution. Just as our founding fathers did, we have decided to ask for divine guidance by our Creator to bring wisdom to our political leaders to follow the objective rule of law provided by the Constitution."

A Resolution

The Rome/Floyd GA TEA Party 2010, being deeply impressed with apprehension of the great dangers to be derived to the United States of America and the sovereign state of Georgia from the current unconstitutional manipulations of the law by President Barack Obama, Vice-President Joe Biden, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, deem it highly necessary that in this year 2010 the first day of June, July, August, September, October, and November be set apart by members of this organization as a Day of Fasting, Humiliation, and Prayer, devoutly to implore the divine interposition of God, for averting the heavy calamity which threatens destruction to our citizens’ inalienable rights and the evils of lawlessness, to give us one heart and mind, in answer to prayer and fasting, that the minds of the President and all leaders of Congress would be inspired from above with wisdom to read, listen to, and be controlled by the ratified, objective rule of law of the United States Constitution. This resolution called for on May 20, 2010

South Atlanta Tea Party Action Alert! --- TARP!!! Today...

Friends,
There is no time for playing in the dirt this spring.  Congress is back in session and once again, on the fast track to take away some of your freedoms and liberties.  They think we are not paying attention and are going to let them scoot this nonsense past us.  It is up to us to stand strong and stop their attempt at creating a PERMANENT bailout fund of $50 BILLION dollarsYes, you read that correctly! THIS IS TARP all over again!

Senate Bill 3217, also known as the Restoring American Financial Stability Act of 2010, was introduced by Democrat Senator Chris Dodd of Connecticut.  This bill may come to the Senate floor as early as today.  Once it comes to the floor, it can be voted on 72 hours later.  Time is of the essence in this matter!

You know the drill...we need all hands on deck to be calling, faxing, and emailing.  The list of targets is listed below.  If you call a Senator's office and they tell you that they don't represent you, please politely let them know that their vote affects all Americans.  You may also remind them of the power of the people...Senator Scott Brown's election and Congressman Bart Stupak's retirement are great examples!
You can read Senate Bill 3217 HERE.
Do you want to know more specifics on this horrendous legislation that is being shoved down our throats?  Just to give you a few examples of the horrors included in this legislative power grab...if passed, this will allow the federal government to access your personal bank records, credit card records, and financial portfolio! This will allow for takeovers of "nonbank" companies and the government will determine this on a case by case basis and there is no judicial review required to take over any financial institution. This legislation will also create a PERMANENT $50 Billion Dollar bailout fund (emergency fund) that the federal government can tap into on a whim.  Where is the oversight?  There is much more than this, but this should give you a taste of what they are attempting to do with this legislation.

What are you going to do to stop this?  Please call, email and fax today!  This cannot wait another day.

Please also email the Chief of Staff for each of these Senators. They need to hear from you!

Tea Party Express Statement on Rumors of Bart Stupak Retirement - Ask Scott Brown About Power of Movement

The Tea Party Express (website: www.TeaPartyExpress.org) has issued the following statement from Political Director, Bryan Shroyer, regarding the rumors of Bart Stupak's retirement:

"The surprising announcement that Congressman Bart Stupak is abandoning his campaign for re-election shows the power of the tea party movement. Stupak was not longer able to hide his betrayal of conservative principles because the tea party movement was determined to educate the voters in his district of his vote of betrayal for Obamacare.

During the past few weeks the Tea Party Expresss put together a formidable campaign to defeat Bart Stupak. Two days ago we began a $250,000 TV and radio ad blitz. For weeks we've been organizing tea party rallies specifically targeting Stupak for defeat.

"Last night in Ironwood, MI some 400+ people turned out for a rally against Stupak, which is almost 10% of the city's population. We are currently en route to Escanaba, MI where a giant rally is planned.

"People in this district are furious with Bart Stupak. He betrayed his constituents and his own principles. Those who helped him win electoral victories of more than 60% in the past were now working to defeat him.

"There has not been a similar national push in the Upper Peninsula and Northern Lower Michigan as is currently underway by the Tea Party Express. This effort is historic, and it has been possible because of the disgust voters have towards Stupak's betrayal of those he was supposed to represent.

"Just as Scott Brown was propelled to vicoty in the U.S. Senate thanks to the tea party movement, now Bart Stupak appears to have succumbed to the movement's strength as well.

"Our movement is real - it is not Astroturf, and we're not going away. November 2010, here we come!"

Urgent Georgia Health Care Legislative Alert!!! Today HB 1184 Considered!!!

URGENT HEALTH CARE LEGISLATIVE ALERT
THE PATRIOT PRESS
URGENT - HEALTH CARE LEGISLATIVE ALERT:

Tomorrow [now today...] HB 1184 will be considered on the floor of the Georgia House of Representatives. The measure was introduced by Rep. Matt Ramsey, (R-Peachtree City) and originally co-sponsored by Tom. The measure proposes to expand free market principles on behalf of Georgia consumers by allowing health insurance products sold in other states to be sold across Georgia state lines.

This is a critical measure that is supported and promoted by conservatives in Congress and in state legislatures around the country as a market driven alternative to health reform that empowers consumers.

Some highlights:

The measure stands in stark contrast to the health care reform approach that was approved in Congress on Sunday night that expands the role of government in the lives of families and small businesses more than any other piece of legislation in modern history.
The left wing special interests are working diligently to defeat the bill. Rather than allowing Georgians a range of options to find a plan that fits their individual needs-special interest groups are standing in between doctor and patient.
The Democrats want to continue the imposition of a one-size-fits all insurance policy which has led to a stifled market place and over one million uninsured in Georgia.
Given the fact that our federal government has just passed a mandate that every American buy health insurance, whether they want to or not, the least we can do is open up the free market--and ensure Georgians the freedom to choose in health care.

We need your help! The special interests are lobbying members of the House intensely and we need you to make sure the voices of conservatives are heard.

Tom Graves urges you to contact all members of the Georgia House of Representatives and urge their support of this important measure tomorrow.

THANK YOU GOVERNOR PERDUE!!!

We HIGHLY applaud Governor Sonny Perdue for his strong stance for Georgians regarding Obamacare, and we ask you to let him know we support him appointing a temporary "Special Prosecutor" to bring this lawsuit forward, since our Attorney General will not.

Please visit http://www.facebook.com/l/a2ff0;teapartypatriots.org/Default.aspx and sign our online petition to repleal the bill. We are up to 82,000. Let's make it 100,000 by the end of the weekend!

TEA PARTY CANDIDATE FOR GOVERNOR?

Tea Party Patriots will NOT be endorsing any candidate in the Georgia Governor's race. We have many members and opinion is divided between the candidates. We encourage our members to study the candidates, their records, and their issues for themselves.

There is NO "Tea Party Candidate for Governor" !!!

Tea Party Express: One More Favor for Me to Ask Of You...

Ryan Gill here with the Tea Party Express.

As I wrote to you previously, I am responsible for our online outreach and social networking. These mediums have proven to be a very successful tool for the tea party movement as a whole, and we here at the Tea Party Express in particular.

Let me be blunt, please, and I hope I don't come across as too pushy or harsh. But there are some realities we all have to face.

In just 3 days we kick off the "Tea Party Express III: Just Vote Them Out" tour with what will be the historic - and massive - "Showdown in Searchlight" tea party rally in Harry Reid's hometown of Searchlight, NV.

This will be the first major national tea party event since Congress thwarted the will of the people and rammed through their government-run health care monstrosity. So we have to make this a huge success. We have to show the determination and resolve of "We The People."

Success is our only option, and I know that our resolve to take our country back is now stronger-than-ever. If the politicians and media thought we were going to go away, boy were they mistaken. We just got betrayed once more, and we're more determined than ever to boot every Member of Congress who has been a vote in support of this continued 'slide towards Socialism.'

This movement began, as you will recall, with the earliest pre-Rick Santelli tea parties hosted by Ron Paul supporters and Libertarians who were mad that the Republicans in Washington had sold out their principles. By the time of the bailouts and the "throwing Free Market principles out the window" comments were made by some leading Republicans, that coalition had grown to include many conservative Republicans and Independents. We're all a diverse bunch, and we don't always agree at every step of the way. But in the areas where we do agree, our united efforts can be powerful!

We fought for policy changes to restore Constitutional principles to Washington.

We battled against Cap&Trade. We protested the continuing bailouts. We decried the government-takeover of sectors of our economy. And we organized one of the most extensive grass roots pushbacks against legislation in American history.

With a Democrat in the White House and Democrats controlling the House & Senate they were unable to pass through this legislation time-and-time again for nearly one-year, because of the pressure and heat from the tea party movement.

It was only this week that the last few sellouts relented to the pressures of the liberal establishment over the will of the people, and yes as a result, we lost a major battle on a vitally important issue.

So now we must work to defeat these politicians, who have betrayed or failed us, one-by-one. That's what this Tea Party Express III: Just Vote Them Out tour is all about. It's funny and a bit ironic for me to look back on our history in this movement. When the Tea Party Express effort first launched last year, the biggest criticism we got from some people was that we were "too political" and wanting to get involved in elections, instead of involved in the policy debates on Capitol Hill. We felt both fronts were important, and brushed off the criticism.

Well now everyone seems to agree that we have more than enough evidence, and track records and voting records of those in Congress to know who to hand a pink slip to. Having further dialogue with these majorities that are passing bailouts, the stimulus, record deficit spending bills, supporting government takeover of the economy, etc... is futile. They've heard our protests, read our letters and emails, and thrown away our FAXes. Because they've decided that their agenda is more important than our views, in spite of their roles as public servants.

They have thus failed in their duties in this profession that we, the voters, serve as employer and supervisor. And now we're going to fire these failed politicians.

So with all that said - here is my request to each of you. Please help me. Help me do my job to make sure that in these final 3 days we get the word out about "Tea Party Express III" - and the 42 tea party rallies across the country accompanied by the launching of campaigns to defeat the worst offenders such as Harry Reid and Bart Stupak.

And help me ensure that this "Showdown in Searchlight" is so big, and so powerful of a statement, that it propels even further success for us and our local organizers and supporting partners at each leg of the tour as it crosses the country.

Here's how to help. Two quick, easy steps:

1. The first event is obviously the "Showdown in Searchlight" (and the carpool from Laughlin to Searchlight before the event, and from Searchlight to Henderson after the event). So we need to get the word out in these FINAL 3 DAYS. Please make sure you've RSVP'd to the Searchlight, NV rally page on Facebook if you don't mind: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=306762704480

And then after you've RSVP'd please go to the upper-right hand portion of the event page. Under the Tea Party Express page is a link that says "Invite People to Come." Please invite all your friends on Facebook who support the tea party movement to come to this event. The more people we spread the word to, the bigger the turnout will be. If everyone pitches in, then your friends will likely help spread the word to their own network of friends, etc... all across this country. We couold have a huge impact on the crowd size for that day.

2. After the Searchlight event is over, we continue on to the other 41 rallies, including districts of a whole host of "bad" representatives in the House and Senate. So we'll need to make sure that the momentum we build off of Searchlight is carried forward to the other 41 rallies across America.

Thus my second request is rather obvious. Would you please do the same drill above for the Searchlight event, to anyone you can for the national "Tea Party Express III" tour? That event page to link to, to RSVP to, and to Invite Others to Come, is: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=230814665785

Thank you all for reading my plea for help. And thank you for caring enough to be involved in trying to make a difference. That what makes a movement like this so successful. The passions of the people in this movement are authentic. Nancy Pelosi, the liberal news media and others initially tried to dismiss the tea party movement by suggesting it was manufactured.

They tried to make the culprit Rush Limbaugh. Or the GOP. Or Glenn Beck. And on, and on... they called us "Astroturf."

Well, we're still here, in larger numbers than ever before, and we're going to vote you out of office to convince you once and for all how authentic, and large in size and popular support, this tea party movement really is!

-Ryan Gill, Tea Party Express

P.S. As of today you can still get on a charter bus heading to Searchlight because more groups are still finding buses available at the last minute, and our team is working to match up requests for a bus seat (from people like you) with local organizers who still have room on a bus. To get a seat on one of the buses heading to Searchlight, send your name, city & state in an email: CharterBus.tpx@gmail.com

It might also become clearer as to why Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid's approval ratings are 11% and 8% respectively, and why Barrack Obama's approval rating is in a downward spiral to only about 40% approval (51% disapproval).
See you tonight.

Since so many like movies, you will surely appreciate this very well made chronicle of the TEA Party Movement as it emerged on the national, political scene in 2009. This film shows the involvement of American citizens from many different backgrounds as they educated themselves, united, organized, and ultimately descended on Washington, DC for the national TEA Party protest of 2009. This film also puts to rest any misconception about the TEA Party Movement being a racist response to Barack Hussein Obama’s presidency. At the movie’s conclusion, we will speak briefly about front burner political issues, the schedule for other TEA Party events in Atlanta, how to stay connected to local happenings, and the date and time of our next local event. Concessions will be available.

Please roll up your sleeves and get involved with this movement by learning what is going on, staying informed, determining what office holders you agree the most with, and voting for them and encouraging as many other like-minded citizens as possible to do the same.

Georgia's Freedom of Choice in Health Care Bill Passes Senate

Georgia Senator Judson Hill was joined by 29 other Senate Republicans last Thursday passing legislation protecting Georgians' rights to choose their own health care. Senator Hill authored Senate Bill 317 and has been working the past year to prohibit any government, state or federal, from forcing its citizens
to participate in any health care system.

Under Senate Bill 317 Georgia's citizens would be protected from being forced by the government to purchase health care. Existing private and government programs would not be affected by this legislation. Hill noted on the Senate floor that this measure prohibits any government from punishing an individual or business that does not participate in health plans, as well as protects health care providers from being forced to perform mandated medical procedures.

"Each person should have the right to participate in private health care, government health care, or exercise their right not to participate any health care at all," said Senator Hill. This bill simply protects those basic rights of choice that we all enjoy today."

On Wednesday, Senator Hill's Senate Resolution that would protect one's freedom to choose their own health care was blocked by Senate Democrats. Senate Resolution 794 would have allowed Georgia citizens to vote in November on adding a Constitutional Amendment to the state Constitution blocking any mandatory requirements for Georgians to buy health insurance. On Thursday, the Georgia Senate voted to keep SR 794 alive by voting to reconsider and sent it back to the Senate Rules Committee.

"While I would have preferred to let Georgians vote in November to change the State Constitution, my Senate Bill 317 which passed by Senate Republicans yesterday will still protect Georgians' right to choose the health care they want," said Senator Hill.

SB 317 now heads to the Georgia House of Representatives for consideration. Please call your State Representative and them to support this important legislation that protects your rights. If this legislation passes the House Georgia will become the 4th state to pass similar legislation.

A message from Asst Natl Dir Mellie to all members of Georgia's 7th congressional district on Patriotic Resistance!

Healthcare Bill Looms / Operation Urgent Care: People's Surge on D.C.

Don't stop believing in the power of the American people! The effort must continue to be made to stop Congress from changing our way of life in this country forever! The legislation, just released this morning, can be read here. But read fast, as there are only 72 hours between the time it was released and the vote takes place after the final CBO numbers come in.

What can we do now? If you can go to Washington, D.C. to protest on Saturday, GO! If you can't go but have access to 'Buddy Passes', give them to someone who will go or call us at 404 376 4942 so we can coordinate with others that may be able to go.

Operation Urgent Care: People's Surge on D.C.

We are calling on all patriots to converge on Washington, DC on Saturday, March 20th at 10 AM on the East Lawn of the Capitol.

Keeping constant pressure on the Members of Congress who are trying to seize your healthcare is the only way to stop this dangerous bill from passing.

It's your hard work that has kept America free from government-run healthcare and Tea Party Patriots going. But we need your support now more than ever.

If you can't go, CALL! These Georgia Congressmen have been identified as possibly voting 'no'.
And if you can, go to their offices personally.

Blair County Tea Party on Candidate Endorsements

Hello everyone! Just a friendly reminder that we at the Blair County Tea Party do not and will not specifically endorse any candidate for office. We will also not allow solicitation of funds for any specific candidate to be posted on any of our web presences or at our events.

We respectfully request that you respect our position and refrain from making such attempts. Please do not forget that it is BOTH parties that got us where we are.

We are not just Republican, or Democrats or Independent, or Libertarians. We are ALL of those coming together to share a set of conservative fiscal principles and a very strong Constitutional morality.

You the people must resist being hijacked by a party, any party. This movement is of the people, by the people, and for the people.

Thank you for your time,
Blair County Tea Party

House panel to consider healthcare bill Monday (SEE CODE RED ALERT BELOW FOR WHAT YOU CAN DO!)

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The House of Representatives Budget Committee on Monday will consider a reconciliation bill that Democrats hope clears the way for final congressional approval of an overhaul of U.S. healthcare, House Democratic Leader Steny Hoyer said on Friday.
Representative Jim Clyburn, a member of the House Democratic leadership, said he hopes a vote by the full chamber could be held on the measure within the next 10 days.
The White House announced earlier on Friday that President Barack Obama has postponed a trip to Asia so that he could stay in Washington and help fellow Democrats get healthcare across the finish line.
Obama has pushed hard for a final vote on the healthcare overhaul, a top domestic priority, which has ignited a long-running political brawl with Republicans and consumed Congress for the last nine months.
The reconciliation bill is aimed at resolving concerns of House Democrats with an earlier Senate-passed healthcare bill.
Democratic Representative Anthony Weiner said: "People are becoming more confident that we are going to get this done."

Code Red, Red Alert!

OPERATION URGENT CARE

Dear Fellow Tea Party Patriots,

National Coordinator Jenny Beth Martin just got off the phone with 2 reliable sources in Washington DC who have told us that the Blue Dog Democrats are caving on health care and will be voting for it. Many Blue Dogs are saying that Speaker Pelosi will have the votes before or by next Thursday and they are saying this very confidently. The important thing to note is that as soon as Speaker Pelosi thinks she has the votes, she will immediately call for the vote on the House Floor. That means it the vote could come as early as tomorrow, or it could be later.

It is up to each and every one of us to stop this health care bill. Over 60% of Americans do NOT want this bill yet that does not matter to the Democrats in Congress. Sen. Coburn said on Tea Party Patriots' Hot Tea Radio program today, that current polling shows 48% of Americans want the entire health care bill scrapped and to start over. Only 25% of Americans even want this bill, and polling shows jobs is the top priority for Americans and health care reform ranks well down the list at number six. Yet Speaker Pelosi and the Democrat leadership in the House and the Senate are prepared to shove this bill down our throats, regardless of what the American people want.

We cannot let our liberty go without fighting for it with everything we have. In the battle to prevent the government from taking over our health care, Tea Party Patriots across the country have left no stone unturned. Right now we must keep the pressure up!!! The Blue Dog Democrats must feel as much pressure from the "Tea Party folks" as they are feeling from Speaker Pelosi and the Democrat House Leadership.

The absolute most effective thing that you can do is to go to the office of the Congressmen who are on the fence and still undecided on this government takeover of health care bill. Let the Undecided Congressmen see the live faces of the people who do not want this health care bill shoved down our throats. Make them look in your eyes.

In addition to the action items emailed late last night, we need you right now to plan an event and have car loads of people visiting the local district offices in a constant stream this week.

Here is how to do it:

Check our site to see when other events are currently planned in your area to protest government take over of health care. You can see this by going to teapartypatriots.org, click on Tea Parties. Then click on your state and then click on Events. Make a mental note of when events are currently planned.

Now plan a visit to the targeted Congressmen in your state who are still undecided in their office tomorrow, Friday, over the weekend, and/or each day next week. Plan an event that does not conflict with the time, date, and place of a currently planned event. For instance if one is planned at noon tomorrow, then plan on for 3:00 tomorrow. We need as much constant pressure as possible.

Login to teapartypatriots.org and list your event on our website. After logging in, click on My Account. Then click on Add Event. Fill out the pertinent information. Click Submit. We will have people approving events every couple of hours and you will get an email as soon as it is approved.
Email all of your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors an invitation to the event you are planning. Each of us has a unique circle of influence that no one else has. Use that circle of influence to contact the people within it and tell them how important this vote is. Tell them why you are taking time away from your family, work, and other normal activities to plan an event and ask them to attend.

Create an event for it on Facebook as well. You can do this by click logging into facebook.com. On the left hand side, click on Events. Then click Create an Event and follow the directions on the site. Once your event is created, invite your friends on Facebook to attend as well.

Remember, the tea party movement and Tea Party Patriots began because individuals like you were tired of politics as usual and were willing to speak out against big government tax and spend policies. Individuals all across the nation used the options available online to plan events and then asked everyone they knew to participate in those events.

You can do this too. We are here to help you. If you have never planned a tea party event before and need help you can email tppatriotssupport@gmail.com. We will have several people monitoring this email address throughout the day so that someone will reply to you in a timely manner. (Jenny Beth Martin's email inbox is overflowing and she is not keeping up with email as well as she would like.)

Next week, we need absolutely as many people as can possibly go to DC to be in DC visiting the Congressional offices. If you are in the Congressional office in DC, it is much more difficult for the Congressmen to ignore you and they get to see the feedback first hand rather than filter through their staff. If it is a stretch on your budget and a sacrifice for you to make the visit, remember that that an office visit next week, will be less expensive than the increased taxes this bill cause over the next 10 years.

Be sure to click on the "Having Trouble Viewing Email? Click here" at the top of the page if you have trouble reading the following list!

Targeted Congressmen

The best intelligence we have is that we must have the original people who voted No on the bill vote no again. They are:

Bobby Bright (Ala. 2)
Parker Griffith (Ala. 5)
Artur Davis (Ala. 7)
Mike Ross (Ark. 4)
Betsy Markey (Colo. 4)
Allen Boyd (Fla. 2)
Suzanne Kosmas (Fla. 24)
Jim Marshall (Ga. 8)
John Barrow (Ga. 12)
Walt Minnick (Idaho 1)
Ben Chandler (Ky. 6)
Charlie Melancon (La. 3)
Frank Kratovil Jr. (Md. 1)
Travis Childers (Miss. 1)
Gene Taylor (Miss. 4)
Collin C. Peterson (Minn. 7)
Ike Skelton (Mo. 4)
Mike McIntyre (N.C. 7)
Larry Kissell (N.C. 8)
Heath Shuler (N.C. 11)
Harry Teague (N.M. 2)
Michael E. McMahon (N.Y. 13)
Scott Murphy (N.Y. 20)
Eric Massa (N.Y. 29)
John Boccieri (Ohio 16)
Dennis J. Kucinich (Ohio 10)
Dan Boren (Okla. 2)
Jason Altmire (Pa. 4)
Tim Holden (Pa. 17)
Stephanie Herseth Sandlin (S.D.)
Lincoln Davis (Tenn. 4)
Bart Gordon (Tenn. 6)
John Tanner (Tenn. 8)
Chet Edwards (Tex. 17)
Jim Matheson (Utah 2)
Glenn Nye (Va. 2)
Rick Boucher (Va. 9)
Brian Baird (Wash. 3)

Then we need to focus on the following Congressmen to turn their Yes votes to No votes:

Congressman Marion Berry (AR)
Congressman Harry Mitchell (AZ)
Congressman Gabrielle Giffords (AZ)
Congressman Dennis Cardoza (CA)
Congressman Jim Costa (CA)
Congressman Paul Hodes (NH)
Congressman Michael Arcuri (NY)
Congressman Tim Bishop (NY)
Congressman Dan Maffei (NY)
Congressman Bill Owens (NY)
Congressman Brad Ellsworth (IN)
Congressman Joe Donnelly (IN)
Congressman Baron Hill (IN)
Congressman Mark Schauer (MI)
Congressman Earl Pomeroy (ND)
Congressman Dina Titus (NV)
Congressman Kurt Schrader (OR)
Congressman Steve Driehaus (OH)
Congressman Zach Space (OH)
Congressman Charlie Wilson (OH)
Congressman Chris Carney (PA)

Contact information for as many of these as we possibly can have is below. If we do not have all the contact information, we will work on getting that updated tonight and tomorrow.
